Role Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and dependable Accountant to support our day-to-day tally operations. The ideal candidate is hands-on with Tally, comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment, and capable of managing accounts accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in Tally including sales, purchases, receipts, and payments
- Process vendor invoices, track payables, and follow up on receivables
- Assist in preparation of GST returns, TDS workings, and other statutory compliance filings
- Reconcile bank statements and ensure timely ledger reconciliations
- Support monthly and annual closing activities including trial balance and P&L; preparation
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions
- Coordinate with vendors, customers, and internal teams to resolve billing queries
- Assist the senior accounts team with audits, MIS reports, and ad hoc financial analysis

What We're Looking For





- Minimum 1 years of hands-on experience in an accounts or finance role
- Proficiency in Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime is mandatory — this is non-negotiable
- Graduate in Commerce (B.Com); M.Com or CA Inter preferred
- Working knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic Indian accounting standards
- Fluency in English, Hindi, and Kannada — must be comfortable communicating in all three
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to meet deadlines
- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer skills
- Prior experience in a trading, retail, or e-commerce company is an added advantage.
