Role Description The Talent and Influencer Intern is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, focused on supporting influencer and talent management activities. Day-to-day responsibilities include researching and identifying relevant creators, maintaining influencer databases, and assisting in outreach, negotiation, and coordination for campaigns.

The intern will help manage communication with influencers and their teams, support campaign execution and tracking, and prepare basic reports on performance and deliverables.



The role also involves collaborating with internal teams on brief creation, content reviews, and timelines, while staying updated on social media trends and emerging talent.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Public Relations skills for managing influencer and brand interactions.
- Candidates should possess Influencer Marketing and Social Media Marketing skills for campaign support and creator outreach.
- Candidates should possess basic Sales and relationship-building skills to assist in pitches and partnerships.
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru, manage multiple tasks, and maintain accurate records and reports.
- Familiarity with major social platforms (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok/short-form video apps) and interest in creator ecosystems.
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency with spreadsheets and presentation tools; comfort working with data and metrics is an advantage.
