We are hiring Recruitment and Talent Acquisition professionals with 3 - 15 years of experience in Talent Identification and end-to-end hiring. The ideal candidate should have expertise in sourcing, screening, and managing recruitment processes, preferably in a US Recruitment or RPO environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Source and identify quality talent through various recruitment channels.

- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, scheduling, and offer management.

- Handle bulk hiring and recruitment campaigns.

- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements.

- Build and maintain a solid talent pipeline.

- Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

- Maintain recruitment trackers and meet hiring SLAs.

Required Skills

- Experience in RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing) or Talent Acquisition.

- Hands-on experience in US Recruitment and US Sourcing.

- Experience in Bulk Hiring.

- Strong sourcing and talent identification skills.

- Experience hiring for GCC (Global Capability Center) roles is preferred.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
