Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for manufacturing and corporate roles, ensuring the organization attracts, hires, and retains top talent. The candidate should have experience in sourcing, interviewing, stakeholder management, and recruitment coordination.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from requisition to onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and job specifications.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, recruitment agencies, and campus hiring initiatives.
- Screen resumes, conduct preliminary interviews, and coordinate technical and HR interview rounds.
- Schedule interviews and maintain effective communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Negotiate compensation and prepare offer letters in line with company policies.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring reports.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
- Coordinate with the HR operations team for smooth onboarding of selected candidates.
- Support employer branding initiatives and participate in job fairs, recruitment drives,



and campus hiring events.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable employment laws during the hiring process.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in the manufacturing, engineering, or industrial sector.
- Experience hiring for production, quality, maintenance, supply chain, engineering, and corporate functions is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques and sourcing strategies.
- Experience using job portals and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple positions and meet hiring deadlines.
- Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

- Knowledge of manufacturing workforce planning and shop-floor hiring.
- Experience in bulk hiring and campus recruitment.
- Data-driven recruitment and reporting capabilities.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
