Role : Talent Acquisition/Recruitment

Locatio n: Ghaziabad, India

What You’ll Do:

Manage full-cycle and handing end-to-end recruitment process.

- Be a trusted advisor by partnering with hiring managers to develop sourcing plans, improve processes, negotiate offers and close positions.
- Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding
- Choose appropriate sources of hiring- external & internal and ensure an appropriate number of quality profiles are sourced.




- Ensure right salary fitment for all selected candidate across level through effective negotiation.
- Focus on the short-term recruiting goals while always building a long-term passive pipeline.
- Develop relationships with hiring managers and set each person up for success in their roles throughout the hiring process.
- Collaborate with internal teams to achieve department and company-wide hiring goals.
- Provide feedback to peers and leadership team enabling the talent team to continuously improve and achieve our goals.
- Ensure timely closure of open positions within service level agreements (SLAs) through coordination and follow up.

What We Are Looking For:

- Any Postgraduate with HR Specialization
- 2-5 years of experience in Talent acquisition, Recruitment
- Healthcare/ Hospital background experience would be an added advantage
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
- Proven team leadership skills with the ability to work effectively in a highly collaborative team environment.
