Roles and Responsibilities :

- Source top talent for contract hiring and permanent positions through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, etc.

- Conduct initial screenings of resumes and cover letters to identify potential candidates who meet the requirements of the .

- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their needs and preferences, ensuring a smooth interview process from start to finish.

- Manage multiple open positions simultaneously, prioritizing tasks based on urgency and importance.

Job Requirements :

- 3-5 years of experience in IT recruitment or talent acquisition.

- Robust understanding of C2H (Contract-to-Hire) models and contract staffing processes.

- Proven track record in sourcing high-quality candidates for both short-term contracts and permanent roles.

- Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively with clients at all levels.
