? Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full hiring cycle for diverse client requirements.
- Sourcing: Find top candidates via LinkedIn, job portals (Naukri, Indeed), and database networking.
- Screening & Coordination: Conduct initial interviews, evaluate candidate profiles, and schedule interviews with clients.
- Negotiation & Target: Handle salary discussions, offer coordination, and achieve monthly placement goals.
? What We Are Looking For
- 1–3 years of recruitment experience (Recruitment agency/consultancy experience preferred).
- Strong candidate sourcing and screening skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati .
- Valuable negotiation and interpersonal skills.
