Roles and Responsibilities

- Source top talent through various channels such as social media, job boards, employee referrals, and networking events.

- Conduct initial screening of resumes and cover letters to identify potential candidates who meet the requirements.

- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and provide them with qualified candidates.

- Manage end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding recent hires.

- Ensure timely communication with both clients (hiring managers) and candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 1-3 years of experience in IT Recruitment or Talent Acquisition.

- Strong understanding of technical terms related to software development industry.

- Excellent communication skills for effective client interaction.

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting tight deadlines.
