- Role & responsibilities

- Source high-quality candidates through Apna, Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, referrals, social media, and other hiring platforms.

- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.

- Evaluate candidates based on communication skills, sales aptitude, confidence, attitude, and cultural fit.

- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.

- Ensure maximum offer acceptance and joining ratio.

- Follow up with selected candidates until they successfully join.

- Maintain recruitment trackers, interview schedules, and hiring reports.

- Build and maintain a robust database of future candidates.

- Work closely with management to achieve monthly hiring targets.

- Continuously improve hiring quality, speed, and candidate experience.





Preferred candidate profile

- 2+ years of experience in Recruitment or Talent Acquisition.

- Experience hiring Sales, Business Development, Inside Sales, or Customer Success professionals is preferred.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong interviewing and candidate assessment abilities.

- Self-motivated, target-driven, and highly organized.

- Comfortable using Excel, Google Sheets, ATS, and recruitment portals.
