Position Overview:
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a key role in our recruitment and talent management processes. You will be responsible for sourcing candidates, managing the hiring process, and developing strategies to enhance our employer brand. Key Responsibilities:
- Source and attract candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Conduct interviews and assess candidate qualifications, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
- Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS)
and maintain accurate records of candidate interactions.
- Support onboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives to enhance our reputation as an employer of choice.
- Analyze recruitment metrics and provide insights to improve the hiring process.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in talent acquisition or human resources.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- A passion for the entertainment industry and understanding of its unique talent needs is a plus.
