Role Description The Talent Acquisition Senior Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar. This role is responsible for leading end-to-end recruitment processes, including workforce planning, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection for a range of corporate, technical, and manufacturing positions.

The individual will collaborate closely with business leaders and HR partners to understand talent needs, design hiring strategies, and ensure timely, high-quality hiring decisions. Day-to-day activities include managing recruitment teams and vendors, overseeing employer branding initiatives,



optimizing recruitment tools and systems, and monitoring key hiring metrics. The role also involves ensuring compliance with company policies and relevant regulations, driving continuous improvement in talent acquisition practices, and contributing to a positive candidate and hiring manager experience.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated experience in talent acquisition, including workforce planning, end-to-end recruitment, and stakeholder management for mid to senior-level roles.
- Strong skills in candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and assessment, using a variety of tools, platforms, and methodologies.
- Experience in leading recruitment teams or projects, managing external recruitment partners, and optimizing recruitment operations and processes.
- Knowledge of employer branding, market mapping, and talent market trends, especially within manufacturing, packaging, or related industries.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions and levels.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS), HRIS, and common recruitment technologies and analytics.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; professional HR certifications are an advantage.
- Proven ability to work on-site in a rapid-paced environment, prioritize multiple hiring needs, and maintain high standards of integrity and confidentiality.
