About The Role We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead hiring for Technology and Product functions in a rapid-growing fintech organization. The ideal candidate will have experience managing end-to-end recruitment, partnering with senior stakeholders, building high-quality talent pipelines, and leading a team while driving hiring excellence.

Key Responsibilities

- Own end-to-end hiring for Tech and Product functions across all levels.
- Partner with Engineering, Product, and Business leaders to understand hiring needs and build recruitment strategies.
- Lead and mentor a team of recruiters, ensuring delivery against hiring goals.
- Build strong talent pipelines through sourcing, talent mapping, referrals, and market intelligence.
- Drive stakeholder management, interview planning, offer negotiations, and candidate experience.
- Track and improve hiring metrics such as time-to-fill, offer acceptance rate, and quality of hire.
- Strengthen employer branding initiatives and continuously improve recruitment processes.
- Collaborate with HR and business leaders on workforce planning and hiring forecasts.

Required Skills & Experience





- 5–10 years of Talent Acquisition experience, with significant exposure to Tech and Product hiring.
- Prior experience managing a recruitment team.
- Strong understanding of engineering and product roles across backend, frontend, mobile, data, AI/ML, DevOps, QA, Product Management, and Design.
- Experience hiring in high-growth startups, fintech, product-based companies, or technology organizations.
- Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Hands-on experience with ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and modern sourcing tools.
- Data-driven mindset with experience using recruitment metrics to improve hiring outcomes.
