You'll own end-to end recruitment strategy, partner with leadership to forecast talent needs, and ensure we attract brilliant candidates across functions. Proven success filling volume roles and niche specialist positions & hands-on expertise with up-to-date sourcing tools and ATS platforms.

We are looking for a talent acquisition professional with 5-8 years of post-MBA experience. Relevant backgrounds include consumer, retail, e-commerce, FMCG, technology, logistics, supply chain, B2B commerce, or high-growth startups. We have a strong preference for candidates who have scaled organisations through inflection points most often 100 500 employees or 500 1,500 and who can describe, in operational detail, what they built, what worked, and what they would do differently.
