Job Title: Talent Acquisition Lead

Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat

Shift Time: 12:30 PM – 9:30 PM

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Lead to manage end-to-end recruitment and lead a team of recruiters. The ideal candidate should have experience in IT and Non-IT hiring, stakeholder management, team handling, and recruitment strategy. Experience in a staffing, recruitment consultancy, outsourcing, or IT services company is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and mentor a team of recruiters to achieve hiring targets.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, referrals, and social media.
- Screen candidates, coordinate interviews, negotiate offers, and ensure smooth joining.
- Track recruitment metrics and maintain ATS/MIS reports.




- Build talent pipelines and improve recruitment processes.

Required Skills

- 4+ years of Talent Acquisition experience.
- Experience in IT and Non-IT recruitment.
- Robust sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Boolean Search, and referrals.
- Hands-on experience with ATS and MS Excel.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple positions and meet hiring deadlines.

Preferred

- Experience in Staffing, Recruitment Consultancy, Outsourcing, or IT Services.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
