We are looking for a dynamic Talent Acquisition & HR Consultant to manage end-to-end recruitment processes and support clients in fulfilling their hiring requirements. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a smooth recruitment experience for both clients and candidates. Key Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end recruitment for client and internal hiring requirements.

Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and databases.

Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.





Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.

Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.

Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates.

Understand client requirements and provide suitable talent solutions.

Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.

Ensure timely closure of open positions.

Prepare recruitment reports and hiring updates. Requirements

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong sourcing and screening skills.

Familiarity with job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.

Good interpersonal and negotiation skills.

Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.

Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace.
