Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Internshala, Indeed, and other hiring platforms.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial HR screening and telephonic interviews.
- Schedule interviews with hiring managers and coordinate the recruitment process.
- Communicate with candidates regarding interview updates, feedback, and offer status.
- Post and manage job openings across multiple job portals.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Coordinate with clients and internal hiring teams to understand hiring requirements.
- Track candidate progress and maintain recruitment reports and hiring trackers.
- Support onboarding activities for selected candidates.
- Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
