The role requires strong skills in sourcing, screening, and stakeholder management to ensure timely hiring of top talent across digital media, analytics, and client servicing functions. ? Key Responsibilities

End‑to‑End Recruitment: Manage sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

Talent Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a pool of candidates for future requirements.

Job Posting & Employer Branding: Draft job descriptions,



post on portals, and promote company culture.

Stakeholder Coordination: Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements.

Campus Hiring: Collaborate with colleges for internships and entry‑level recruitment.

Recruitment Metrics: Track TAT, offer‑to‑join ratio, and recruitment efficiency.

Vendor Management: Coordinate with agencies and job portals for sourcing support. ? Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.

PG Diploma / MBA in HR preferred.

Familiarity with ATS systems and job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed).
