Job Summary:

- Seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Executive to manage recruitment across engineering, manufacturing, and corporate functions. The role focuses on sourcing technical talent and ensuring an effective hiring process.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for engineering, production, quality, sales, and support roles.

- Source candidates via Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and HR recruitment consulting companies.

- Conduct initial screenings and coordinate interviews.

- Drive campus hiring initiatives.

- Maintain recruitment MIS and compliance.

Requirements

Skills & Competencies

- Strong technical recruitment understanding





- Strong verbal and written communication skills are mandatory, as the role involves regular coordination with the headquarters team based in Luxembourg and other international stakeholders.

- Negotiation

- Proficiency in MS Office

Eligibility

- Full-time MBA in HR (Mandatory)

- 1–3 years of experience in manufacturing and engineering hiring (Mandatory)
