We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Recruiter to support our Talent Acquisition team in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent.



The ideal candidate will assist in end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate records.

Key Responsibilities

- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Review resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial HR screening calls to assess candidate suitability.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers and candidates.
- Maintain and update candidate information in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Assist in creating job postings and managing job advertisements.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview feedback and hiring decisions.
- Support onboarding activities and new hire documentation.
- Generate recruitment reports and maintain hiring metrics.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2 - 8 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of recruitment processes and hiring practices.
- Familiarity with job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to multitask and work in a rapid-paced environment.

Preferred Skills
- Experience using ATS tools.
- Knowledge of IT recruitment terminology.
- Understanding of sourcing techniques and Boolean search.
