Role Description

We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented Talent Acquisition Manager to join our growing team. This role is primarily focused on end-to-end recruitment , with a strong emphasis on hiring Sales, Business Development, Customer Success, Operations, and other non-technical roles . While experience hiring technical profiles is a plus, it is not the primary requirement.

In addition to recruitment, you will support day-to-day HR operations, ensuring a smooth employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding while helping maintain a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition (Primary Responsibility)

- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Hire primarily for Sales, Business Development, Customer Success, Marketing, Operations, and other non-technical roles.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes, conduct HR interviews, and coordinate interview schedules.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and ensure timely closures.
- Negotiate salary, roll out offers, and maintain a positive candidate experience.
- Track recruitment metrics and maintain candidate databases.





HR Operations (Secondary Responsibility)

- Prepare and issue offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR documentation.
- Manage employee onboarding and induction processes.
- Handle resignation formalities, exit interviews, full & final documentation, and employee offboarding.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Support HR policies, employee engagement activities, and culture-building initiatives such as Fun Fridays and team events.
- Assist in implementing HR processes and ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Coordinate with internal teams for HR-related administrative activities.

Requirements

- 2–5 years of experience in Recruitment and HR Operations.
- Strong experience hiring Sales and other non-technical roles is mandatory.
- Basic understanding of technical hiring is preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Robust negotiation and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience using job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, and Indeed.
- Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.
- Well-organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
