You will be successful in this role if you have:

- Must have experience in IT Recruitment.
- Effectively use a variety of sourcing channels to build a candidate pipeline including the direct applicant, referral, and direct sourcing of passive candidates.
- Work closely on building pipelines for tech and non-tech roles.
- Understanding the requirements to evaluate candidates' suitability for roles within the company.
- Assists with the development and revision of specifications and job descriptions for selected positions.
- Managing employee onboarding and orientation programs.
- Collaborating with the HR team to implement HR initiatives and projects.





Skills Required

- Bachelor's degree in human resources management or related field.
- 2-3 years of work experience in Recruitment agencies / full time recruiter focusing on IT Recruitment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google sheets, Docs and HRM software.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- A proactive approach with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
