Overview:

As a Lead recruiter (non-tech) at Licious, you will play a critical role in attracting top talent across non-tech functions such as Production , Quality and all regional roles. You’ll be working from our Bengaluru office in a 5-day in-office set up.

Role type: 6-month contract

- Drive entire recruitment lifecycle end-to-end, ensuring a seamless and high-quality experience for both candidates & stakeholders
- Partner closely with business leaders across functions to deeply understand talent needs and shape effective hiring strategies
- Build innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent; including developing strong pipeline of passive candidates




- Manage candidate pipelines with care, ensuring every interaction is meaningful, transparent & engaging
- Collaborate with hiring managers to refine role requirements and provide consultative insights that elevate hiring decisions
- Strengthen relationships with stakeholders by offering proactive, solutions-oriented support
- Leverage data and market intelligence to set realistic expectations, influence decision-making and continuously improve recruitment outcomes

We hope that you have...

- have 3-6 years’ experience in a recruitment role preferably with start-ups / FMCG companies / F&B; domain
- have expertise in end to end recruitment lifecycle
- have excellent stakeholder management skills
- have a self-starter mindset with the resilience to grow
- have a robust ability to leverage data & insights to influence hiring decisions
- are proficient in google suite tools for data management & presentation
- are willing to work in a 5 day work from office setup in Bengaluru
