Talent Acquisition Executive -

Responsibilities

- Recruit, interview, test, and select employees to fill vacant positions across all levels, departments & locations

- Build and maintain an active pool of candidates to meet future hiring targets in an effective manner Design and drive employee referral programs

- Review applications to evaluate if they meet the requirements of the position

- Responsible for planning and coordinating events, assessment, and interviews for hiring candidates

- Provide assistance to all levels of personnel on various recruiting / talent acquisition related matters

Candidate Profile

- MBA in HR mandatory

- Understanding of and proven experience in sourcing candidates using online & offline channels

- Good interviewing & candidate assessment skills and driving the entire recruitment process

- Competent in understanding job descriptions for recent roles

- Proven experience in planning recruitment plans and executing the same

- Experience in volume and niche hiring would be an advantage

- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
