Procain is a fast-growing technology services organization delivering solutions across Cloud, Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, and Digital Transformation. We are expanding rapidly and seeking a TAE who thrives in a fast-paced, delivery-focused environment and can ensure high-quality technical hiring within defined timelines.

Position Overview The TAE will be responsible for the end-to-end hiring process for IT and engineering roles across multiple business verticals. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical understanding, sourcing expertise, and a commitment to meet aggressive hiring TATs to support both permanent and staff augmentation requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Own and manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition to onboarding ensuring delivery within agreed TAT and SLAs.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to define requirements, priorities, and timelines for each open role.
- Execute proactive sourcing strategies across multiple platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, GitHub, Stack Overflow, etc.) to build a high-quality pipeline.
- Hire for a range of technical roles including Cloud, DevOps, Networking, Security, and Software Engineering.
- Work on both permanent and staff augmentation models, ensuring quick turnaround for project-based hiring.
- Maintain solid focus on timely closures, track daily progress, prioritize urgent demands, and ensure adherence to delivery commitments.




- Conduct technical screening to validate candidates’ skills before submission to business teams.
- Manage offer negotiations, internal parity, and joining timelines to ensure minimal dropouts.
- Maintain accurate records in ATS/CRM tools and publish regular dashboards on hiring status and TAT compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to continuously optimize recruitment processes for speed and quality.

Required Skills and Experience
- 6 months–3 years of experience in end-to-end technical recruitment, preferably in IT Services, Consulting, or Product setups.
- Proven track record of hiring within tight deadlines and defined TATs.
- Hands-on experience sourcing for Cloud, DevOps, Network, Cybersecurity, and Infrastructure roles.
- Strong knowledge of IT skills and tools (AWS/Azure, Cisco, Zscaler, SDWAN, etc.).
- Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, and ATS platforms (Zoho, Greenhouse, Lever, etc.).
- Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple requisitions simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications
- MBA, Btech or equivalent course
- Prior experience in staff augmentation / contract staffing model.
- Exposure to recruitment analytics, sourcing automation tools

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
