We help homeowners understand seepage, dampness, and structural issues through thermal imaging and evidence-backed reporting no repair services, no contractor commissions, just unbiased diagnosis delivered by certified engineers within 48 hours

About The Role

You'll own end-to-end hiring at UrbanRoof understanding what a role actually needs, sourcing the right people, screening, interviewing, and closing. You'll work closely with hiring managers within the organisation

What You'll Do

1. Source and screen candidates across technical and non-technical roles
2. Run interviews and coordinate selection decisions with hiring managers
3. Maintain candidate pipelines and keep the process moving without drop-offs
4. Represent UrbanRoof professionally across job portals and hiring touchpoints
5.



Track hiring data and continuously sharpen the process
6. Coordinate on-site with engineering and operations teams to plan workforce needs

What You Bring

1. Experience in end-to-end recruitment, ideally hiring for technical or engineering roles
2. Comfort using ATS tools and managing multiple open roles at once
3. Explicit, confident communication with candidates and internal stakeholders alike
4. A fair, detail-oriented approach to hiring you follow through, not just fill seats

Role Details Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Timing: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Pay: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Location: Pune from office, no hybrid/remote option
