Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior BI & Analytics Consultant with deep expertise in Tableau, Customer Analytics, Data Modeling, SQL, and Python . The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of partnering directly with US-based business stakeholders to translate business requirements into impactful analytics solutions and dashboards.

The candidate should possess strong knowledge of Customer Analytics across Marketing, Digital, Sales, and Service functions , along with prior experience supporting Asset & Wealth Management clients. Experience with modern cloud data platforms and emerging AI technologies will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and optimize Tableau dashboards and self-service analytics solutions.
- Partner directly with business stakeholders, product owners, and leadership teams in the US to gather requirements and deliver actionable insights.
- Define, measure, and monitor key business KPIs across:
- Marketing Analytics
- Digital Analytics
- Sales Analytics
- Customer Service Analytics
- Customer Journey & Engagement Analytics
- Build scalable semantic and data models to support enterprise reporting and decision-making.
- Develop and optimize SQL-based data transformations and analytical datasets.
- Utilize Python for advanced analytics, automation, and data processing.
- Translate complex business problems into analytical frameworks and actionable recommendations.
- Ensure data quality, governance, and consistency across reporting assets.
- Support data-driven initiatives within Asset & Wealth Management business functions.




- Collaborate with data engineering teams to leverage cloud-based analytics platforms effectively.
- Contribute to AI-driven analytics initiatives and intelligent agent solutions where applicable.

Required Qualifications Must-Have Skills

Tableau & Data Visualization

- Expert-level Tableau development experience.
- Tableau certification preferred (Desktop Specialist, Certified Data Analyst, or equivalent).
- Strong dashboard design, storytelling, performance optimization, and visualization best practices.

Data & Analytics

- Advanced SQL skills with expertise in query optimization and complex data transformations.
- Strong Python programming skills for analytics and automation.
- Deep understanding of:

Customer Analytics Solid knowledge of KPIs and analytics frameworks related to:

- Proven experience working directly with US-based stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and consultative problem-solving skills.




- Ability to communicate complex analytical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Domain Experience

- Experience supporting Asset & Wealth Management clients.
- Understanding of industry concepts such as:
- Assets Under Management (AUM)
- Client Segmentation
- Portfolio Performance
- Advisor Productivity
- Investor Engagement Metrics
- Wealth Product Analytics

Preferred Qualifications Cloud & Data Platforms

Working knowledge of AWS analytics services:

- Amazon Athena
- AWS Glue
- Amazon Redshift
- S3-based analytics architecture

AI & Emerging Technologies

- Experience building or supporting AI Agents/Copilots using any technology stack.
- Familiarity with Generative AI, LLM-based solutions, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), or conversational analytics use cases.
