We're floating a new role for someone who thinks in systems, not screens — designing end-to-end services and the systems behind them, then shaping experiences that make complex, AI-driven systems intelligible, trustworthy, and adopted. A hybrid of service design, systems thinking, and hands-on UX, with AI as a material you design with and for.

NWhat you will do:

- Map complex service ecosystems end to end — actors, flows, data, decision points — and spot where AI adds leverage versus friction

- Turn systems insight into service blueprints, journey maps, and interaction models
N
- Design UX for AI products: conversation flows, human-in-the-loop, confidence and uncertainty, graceful failure
N
- Prototype and test withreal users;

iterate on evidence, not opinion

- Work upstream in solutioning — proposals,



capability narratives, POCs — so design intent lands early
