Position: Systems Integrations Specialist Advisor

Location: PAN India

Work Type: Hybrid

Job Type: Full Time

Responsibilities:

- Performs systems analysis and design.
- Designs and implements moderate to highly complex messaging systems.
- Implements moderate to complex system changes as per documented requirements.
- Performs maintenance and support for messaging systems.
- Designs and documents business continuity plans.
- Assists in managing projects and tasks to ensure service level agreements are met.
- Responds to support requests and provides information to enable problem resolution and to escalate unresolved cases within established SLAs.
- Provides problem-solving and root cause analyses to ensure timely resolution of technical problems.
- Provides 24 x 7 x 365 support for messaging systems.




- Observability tools using Prometheus / Grafana / Loginsight
- Knowledge of certificate automation and lifecycle management

Technical Skills:

- Administration of Redhat AMQ & HIVEMQ messaging platform (Linux)
- Support the installation, configuration, patching, and upgrades of RedHat AMQ & HIVEMQ infrastructure
- Security: Knowledge of security including encryption and TLS communication.
- Knowledge of Pub/Sub concepts
- System Performance: Knowledge of performance tuning of messaging systems to meet application requirements.
- Operating system knowledge to include Linux
- Experience with RedHat AMQ Platform components (Camel, Keycloak for MFA, Hawtio, jolokia) & Kafka
- Automation experience using Ansible, or scripting (Python/Shell).
- Knowledge of enterprise messaging platforms (IBM MQ, Kafka, HiveMQ) is a plus.
- Development Tools/Languages: Familiarity with tools like CP-Ansible, Java, and shell scripting
- Observability tools using Prometheus / Grafana / Loginsight
