Role Description The System Manager is a full-time, remote role responsible for overseeing and maintaining PInterview’s online platform infrastructure and related systems. This role involves managing system performance, monitoring uptime, and ensuring secure, reliable access for users and internal teams.

The System

Manager will handle day-to-day system administration tasks, coordinate technical support, diagnose and resolve technical issues, and implement troubleshooting procedures. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with product and engineering teams to plan system improvements,



maintaining documentation, supporting incident response, and contributing to continuous enhancement of platform reliability and user experience.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong System Administration skills to manage servers, environments, user access, and configurations.
- Candidates should possess solid Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills to diagnose, prioritize, and resolve platform and user issues efficiently.
- Candidates should possess robust Information Technology skills, including familiarity with web-based platforms, networking fundamentals, and security best practices.
- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret system metrics, identify patterns, and recommend data-driven improvements.
- Experience with cloud-based infrastructure (e.g., AWS, Azure, or similar) and monitoring tools is highly beneficial.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a remote, cross-functional workplace.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, and respond quickly to incidents and service requests.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
