Key Responsibilities
Manage plant IT infrastructure, servers, LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, firewalls and connectivity.
Administer Windows/Linux servers, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP and user access.
Configure and troubleshoot routers, switches, VPN and network security.
Ensure system availability, backup, antivirus and IT security.
Manage IT vendors, ISPs, AMC partners and technical escalations.
Maintain IT documentation, assets, SOPs and network records.
Lead the IT support team and ensure uninterrupted plant operations.
Preferred
6–8 years' experience in network/system administration, preferably in a manufacturing/plant setting.
