Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and proactive System Administrator to manage, maintain, and support the organization's IT infrastructure, servers, networks, systems, and end-user environments. The ideal candidate will ensure high availability, security, performance, and reliability of IT systems while providing timely technical support to users.

Key Responsibilities

- Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Windows and Linux servers.

- Manage user accounts, groups, permissions, and access controls.

- Administer Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and related services.

- Monitor server and system performance, availability, and capacity.

- Perform system backups, restoration, and disaster-recovery activities.

- Manage and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT hardware.

- Install, configure, and maintain software applications and system updates.

- Apply operating system patches, security updates, and vulnerability fixes.

- Monitor and maintain antivirus/endpoint security solutions.

- Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues.

- Support virtualization platforms such as VMware, Hyper-V, or equivalent.

- Maintain system documentation, configuration records, and IT procedures.

- Work with network and security teams to resolve infrastructure issues.





- Monitor system logs and investigate performance or security-related incidents.

- Participate in infrastructure upgrades, migrations, and recent technology implementations.

- Provide technical support to users and resolve incidents within defined SLAs.

- Coordinate with vendors and third-party service providers when required.

- Follow IT security policies, backup procedures, and change-management processes.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of Windows Server and/or Linux administration.

- Good understanding of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and file/print services.

- Knowledge of TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, VPN, firewalls, and basic networking.

- Experience with system monitoring and troubleshooting tools.

- Knowledge of virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V.

- Understanding of backup and disaster-recovery concepts.

- Knowledge of endpoint security, antivirus, and patch management.

- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

- Familiarity with PowerShell, Bash, or other scripting languages is an advantage.

- Good documentation and communication skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹44,442.84 per month
