Role Overview

This role sits within the IT team and covers two areas: supporting employees with their everyday tech needs and keeping the companys internal tools and applications in good shape. Youll be the person who makes sure things keep running, gets involved when something breaks, and gradually makes improvements over time. Its a varied, hands-on position that gives you ownership of both the support side and the tools side of IT

Key Responsibilities

- Split time between general IT support and managing internal applications.

- Assist employees with IT tickets, account access, and everyday technical issues.

- Keep a set of internal business tools and dashboards running and up to date.

- Make small fixes, updates, and improvements to these tools over time.

- Write simple scripts to automate repetitive tasks.

- Maintain basic documentation so others can understand and follow what has been built.





- Collaborate with the IT team on initiatives to improve processes and make things easier for everyone.

Qualifications

- Diploma, BCA, B.Sc., or B.E. (Postgraduate candidates will not be considered.)

- Fresher to 1 year of experience with hands-on coding knowledge (for the Applications track); relevant experience in IT support and infrastructure management (for the IT Infrastructure track).

- Basic to working knowledge of a programming language such as Python, JavaScript, or React - sufficient to build and fix small-scale solutions.

- Comfortable handling everyday IT tasks including Windows environments, networks, and ticketing systems.

- Curious and willing to learn - able to pick up new tools as required on the job.

- Enjoys both resolving end-user tech issues and working independently on technical projects.

- Must be able to communicate and comprehend English proficiently.

Additional Details

- Work Location (Bangalore/Coimbatore): This role will require working from the office (WFO).
