Inventory Management &

- Control

- Monitor receipt, storage, issue, and consumption of lattice materials and components.

- Maintain accurate inventory records in ERP/SAP systems.

- Track stock movements and ensure proper accounting of all transactions.

- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with stores and planning teams to prevent shortages and excess inventory.

- Ensure material traceability across manufacturing processes.

Material Accounting

- Record and verify inventory transactions related to raw materials, consumables, WIP, and finished goods.

- Ensure correct valuation of inventory as per accounting standards and company policies.

- Reconcile stores ledger with financial books on a periodic basis.

- Monitor inventory provisions, slow-moving, non-moving, and obsolete stock.

- Validate material consumption and cost allocations for production orders.

Reconciliation &

- Reporting

- Perform daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reconciliations.

- Investigate inventory variances and coordinate corrective actions with stores and production teams.

- Prepare inventory MIS reports, stock aging reports,



and variance analysis reports.

- Support month-end and year-end inventory closing activities.

- Assist in cost analysis and inventory performance reporting.

Physical Verification &

- Audit Support

- Conduct cycle counts and periodic physical stock verification.

- Coordinate annual stock audits and statutory audits.

- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with inventory control procedures.

- Support internal auditors and external auditors by providing required inventory records.

- Implement corrective actions arising from audit observations.

Compliance &

- Process Improvement

- Ensure adherence to inventory accounting standards, SOPs, and internal controls.

- Support implementation of inventory optimization initiatives.

- Identify opportunities for improving inventory accuracy and process efficiency.

- Participate in ERP enhancement and system improvement projects.

- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirement
