NThe SSCC Team Lead is responsible for leading the Security & Surveillance Command Center operations, ensuring continuous monitoring of fleet movements, facilities, security systems, and adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs). The role involves team management, incident response coordination, reporting, and maintaining operational efficiency across logistics and security functions.

NKey Responsibilities:

NTeam Management:

N

n
- Lead and supervise SSCC operators and shift personnel.
N
- Prepare and manage dutyrosters, shift schedules, and manpower allocation.
N
- Conduct team briefings,performance reviews, and on-the-job training.
N
- Ensure seamless shift handovers and operational continuity.
N

nMonitoring & Operations:

N

n
- Monitor fleet movement and logistics operations through GPS tracking platforms.
N
- Conduct facility surveillance through CCTV monitoring systems.
N
- Ensure lock monitoring compliance and investigate lock-related exceptions.
N
- Monitor geofencing alerts, route deviations, stoppages, and unauthorized movements.
N
- Coordinate with Fleet ,operations, and security teams during incidents.
N

nSOP Compliance & Incident Management:

N

n
- Ensure adherence to organizational SOPs and security protocols.
N
- Track, document, and escalate operational deviations and security incidents.
N
- Review observations, exceptions, and non-compliance reports.
N
- Support root cause analysis and corrective action implementation.
N

nReporting & Documentation:

N

n
- Prepare and circulate daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
N
- Maintain records of incidents, alarms, exceptions, and investigations.
N
- Generate MIS reports and dashboards for management review.
N
- Ensure accurate documentation and audit readiness.
N





nSecurity Systems Management:

N

n
- Operate and monitor CCTV surveillance platforms.
N
- Manage access control systems and employee/visitor badging tools.
N
- Coordinate with vendorsand internal stakeholders for system maintenance and issue resolution.
N
- Monitor alarm systems and respond to security alerts.
N

nRequired Skills & Competencies:

- Strong leadershipand team management capabilities.

- Good understanding of logistics security operations.

- Knowledge of fleet tracking, geofencing, and route monitoring systems.

- Experience with CCTV monitoring software and surveillance technologies.

- Excellent communicationand incident escalation abilities.

- Ability to work in a 24x7 shift environment.

nTechnical Skills:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, dashboards, reporting).

- Experience with GPS tracking platforms and command center applications.
N
- Knowledge of security management and incident reporting tools.
N

nEducational Qualification:

N

n
- Graduate degree in any discipline.
N
- Certification in Security Management, Logistics Operations, or Command Center Operations preferred.
N

nExperience:

N

n
- 5–8 years of experience in Security Operations Center (SOC), Command Center, Logistics or Security Surveillance Operations.
N
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory or team lead role.
N

nLanguage Requirements:

N

n
- Fluent in English(spoken and written).
N
- Fluency in Hindi and regional languages are added advantage.
N
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for reporting and stakeholder coordination
