We are looking for a skilled and experienced Surface Coating Specialist to handle surface preparation, coating application, inspection, and maintenance of protective and decorative coating systems for various surfaces.

Key Responsibilities: Perform surface preparation, cleaning, polishing, and treatment. Apply protective, heat-reflective, waterproofing, and specialty coatings. Handle coatings for roofs, glass, metal, concrete, and other surfaces.

Ensure proper mixing, application, thickness, curing, and finishing of coatings. Inspect surfaces before and after coating application. Identify coating defects and carry out corrective work. Follow safety standards and proper handling procedures for tools and materials.

Maintain work quality and complete projects within the required timeline. Coordinate with supervisors, clients, and site teams.

Required Skills &

Qualifications: ITI / Diploma / relevant technical qualification preferred.





Experience in surface coating, painting, waterproofing, polishing, or related work. Knowledge of different coating materials and application techniques. Ability to operate coating tools and equipment. Valuable understanding of workplace safety. Attention to detail and quality-conscious approach. Willingness to work at different project sites.

Experience: 1–5 years preferred Salary: As per experience and skill level Location: Zirakpur / Project Sites Preferred Candidates: Candidates with experience in industrial coating, roof coating, glass coating, heat-protection coating, waterproofing, or surface treatment will be given preference.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
