Role & responsibilities
Process customer orders accurately and ensure timely execution.
Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, warehouses, and internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
Monitor order status from placement to final delivery.
Generate and manage purchase orders, sales orders, and invoices.
Track inventory availability and coordinate replenishment when required.
Maintain accurate records of orders, shipments, and supplier information.
Resolve order-related issues such as delays, shortages, returns, and discrepancies.
