Role & responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end procurement of mechanical, electrical, and electromechanical components.

- Identify, evaluate, onboard, and coordinate with domestic and international vendors.

- Handle RFQs, quotations, price comparison, negotiation, purchase orders, and delivery follow-ups.

- Coordinate logistics, inventory, inward material tracking, dispatches, and basic import/export documentation.

- Work with engineering, production, quality, and finance teams to ensure timely material availability.

- Maintain vendor database, procurement MIS, cost records, and purchase documentation.

Preferred candidate profile

- Experience in manufacturing, electronics, motors, automotive, EV, drones, or engineering product companies.

- Knowledge of CNC, sheet metal, bearings, magnets, copper wire, laminations, electronics, and hardware components.

- Experience with vendor development, import sourcing, courier coordination, and inventory planning.

- Familiarity with ERP/Odoo/Tally or similar procurement and inventory systems.
