About the Role: You will be accountable for the planning, monitoring and management from cards printing to delivery. Your key focus will be to enhance operational efficiency and deliver on defined performance standards. You will work cross-functionally with Business,

Customer support, Product, Tech, and Partner Teams to streamline workflows, implement automation, reduce contact rates, and deliver superior customer experience. This role requires solid analytical expertise, problem-solving capabilities, and drive a culture of excellence.

Key Responsibilities :

- Production & Personalization Management by overseeing the card printing, embossing,

and encoding processes, ensuring compliance with defined Network and Bank standards.
- Logistics & Delivery Operations managing partnerships with secure courier services to

ensure timely delivery of cards. Identify opportunities to improve speed and operational efficiencies.
- Define and execute the logistics strategy to achieve best-in-class card delivery TAT across

standard, same-day, and express delivery models.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives across Product, Operations, Tech, Customer Experience,

and Banking partners to eliminate bottlenecks and improve fulfillment efficiency.
- Build contingency and business continuity plans for peak demand, disruptions, and

partner outages to ensure uninterrupted service.
- Drive cost optimization initiatives without compromising customer experience by improving routing, shipment consolidation, vendor utilization, and SLA adherence.
- Lead pilots and innovation initiatives including hyperlocal delivery, dark stores, micro-fulfillment, and AI-driven route optimization where applicable.




- SLA & Performance Tracking Monitor KPIs for printing speed, delivery success rates, and

vendor performance for Speed and Quality.Timely updation of all reports and sharing progress/updates with critical stakeholders periodically.
- Stock planning & Invoicing by tracking growth and plan stock to maintain business continuity by raising necessary POs. Validate all invoices and billing across all 3rd party payments. Maintain accurate inventory records of card stock, stationery, and related particulars. Reconcile card data ensure accuracy.
- Partner Management: Act as the primary liaison with third-party vendors for print, mail,and dispatch services, conducting regular performance reviews.
- Customer Escalation and Resolution: Take full ownership and resolve escalated cases within defined timelines. Close RCA with defined corrective/preventive actions.
- CRM and critical communications: Collaborate with stakeholders to draft and send out critical communication to customers on card related activities.

Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; advanced certifications in Operations management,

Supply chain management is preferred.
- 10+ years of overall experience in a corporate or business environment, with a minimum

of 7-8 years specifically in supply chain/logistics management.
- Experience in Fintech/Banking will be an added advantage.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in designing workflows, SOPs, and scalable operational processes.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in data analysis, trend identification, and basic tools such as MS Office, SQL,

etc. Experience with AI tools will be an added advantage.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
- Effective problem-solving skills, including troubleshooting operational issues and optimizing processes and workflows.
- Ability to work in a highly dynamic environment.
