Role Purpose

The Supply Chain Analytics & Reporting Specialist is an individual contributor responsible for transforming supply chain,

production, and business data into meaningful insights that support informed decision-making across the regional organization.

1. Positioned at the intersection of supply chain operations and

business analytics, this role provides analytical support through management reporting, Key Performance Indicator (KPI) governance, dashboard development, and coordination of the

Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP;) process.

1. The role does not carry formal decision-making authority over

planning, production, procurement, or operations. Instead, it enables better decisions by providing accurate analysis, highlighting risks and opportunities, and ensuring leadership has reliable data to guide business actions.

Key Accountabilities

1. Management Reporting & Business Analytics

- Prepare weekly regional supply chain performance reports.
- Develop monthly Management Information System (MIS) reports with business performance, trends, risks and improvement opportunities.
- Build scenario analyses and decision-support reports.
- Translate operational data into executive insights and actionable recommendations.
- Deliver accurate, timely and decision-focused reporting.

1. KPI Governance & Dashboard Development

- Develop and maintain regional KPI framework.




- Design and enhance Power BI dashboards.
- Standardize KPI definitions and reporting logic.
- Monitor On-Time Delivery, Days Sales of Inventory (DSI), Inventory Turns, Forecast Accuracy, Capacity Utilization, Production Efficiency, Supplier Performance, Shipping Costs and Safety Stock Coverage.
- Highlight deviations and emerging risks.

1. Data Analysis & Decision Support

- Analyse production, procurement, inventory and logistics data.
- Translate ERP data into business insights.
- Identify master data and process compliance issues.
- Support leadership with structured analytical responses.

1. Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP;) Support

- Coordinate the regional S&OP; process.
- Prepare demand-supply, capacity and inventory analyses.
- Track action items and support cross-functional alignment through data.

1. Continuous Improvement

- Support strategic projects.
- Improve reporting automation and data quality.

Skill / Experience

- Manufacturing or fabrication experience.
- SQL knowledge.
- Lean / Continuous Improvement exposure.
- APICS CPIM/CSCP certification preferred.
