Deliver IQ/OQ/PQ/TMV with suppliers and submit reports
1. APQP execution: Specification Review, PQP, PSW agreement and closure, FAI review
2. Create/update Control Plan, PFMEA, Process Flow; conduct MSA/TMV
3. Any other Windchill documentation update needed to implement the change
Activities
- Understanding the change request and alignment with the stakeholders
- Obtain specifications and part drawings
- Plan and lead risk identification
- Develop IQ/OQ/PQ/TMV protocols
- Review supplier results and PV reports
- Prepare APQP package
- Drive PSW agreement and release documents
- Review FAI and maintain DHF/DMR traceability
