- The incumbent shall be in Fixed Term Contract (Tier - 1 Equivalent) and shall be assisting the Head (or Lead) Site SHIRA in overseeing and handling the following:

- Hiring and Day-to-day site level administration and management wrt to the Transit House, Bachelor Guest Houses, 3 rd Party employee and the workmen accommodation. Additional requirement of land etc, will also be included, in this

- Day-to-day local site employees & Worker(if need be) transport management and outstation transportation management for site visitors.

- Day-to-day site level facilities Management for the Canteen - Fooding and Water supply

- Day-to-day site level Site Security of Material and Man(incl) Contractor workers and employees

- Organise Events and Celebrations at Project Sites, as per company welfare policies/SoPs

- Implementation of site level policies and processes defined for the L&T; Rolls Employee related to their welfare

- Implementation of corporate guidelines and policies on various employee related matters related to his area of responsibility

- Any other task as and when assigned by the Management
