Site Supervisor – Commercial Interior Fit-Out

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Site Supervisor with a strong background in commercial interior fit-out projects to oversee in office activities. The candidate will be responsible for supervising daily site operations, coordinating with contractors and vendors, ensuring quality standards, and completing projects within timelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise day-to-day site execution of commercial interior fit-out projects.
- Coordinate with contractors, carpenters, electricians, HVAC teams, and other vendors.
- Ensure work is executed as per drawings, specifications, and project timelines.
- Monitor quality control and finishing standards.
- Manage site manpower and daily work allocation.
- Track material delivery, usage, and inventory on site.
- Ensure site safety standards and compliance.
- Coordinate with project managers, designers,



and clients during project execution.
- Prepare daily site reports and progress updates.
- Resolve site-level technical and execution issues.

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of commercial interior fit-out execution.
- Ability to read and understand interior drawings and BOQs.
- Experience managing multiple vendors and site workers.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Basic understanding of site measurements and quality checks.

Preferred Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering / Interior Design / Construction Management.
- Experience in office interiors, retail stores, hospitality, or commercial spaces.
- Familiarity with site documentation and project tracking.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per hour
