Role Description The Supervisor (Retail Interio) role at Artnuma Private Limited is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida. The supervisor will oversee day-to-day retail interior operations, including store layout implementation, product display, and adherence to visual merchandising standards.

Responsibilities include guiding and monitoring team members, ensuring smooth retail floor activities, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction through prompt and professional service. The role involves coordinating with internal stakeholders for stock placement, fixtures, and signage, tracking daily performance, and resolving operational issues.



The supervisor will also ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and quality benchmarks, while supporting continuous improvement in store presentation and customer experience.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Supervisory Skills, including team leadership, task delegation, and performance monitoring.
- Candidates should possess Retail Operations expertise, including store management, visual merchandising, and inventory coordination.
- Candidates should possess solid Product Knowledge related to retail interior solutions, fixtures, and materials.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for interacting with customers, team members, and management.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service skills, including handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive in-store experience.
- Relevant experience in retail interiors, store supervision, or related fields is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Noida, manage multiple priorities, and maintain attention to detail.
- Diploma or degree in interior design, retail management, business, or a related discipline is an advantage.
