Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise the daily car washing operations
- Lead and manage the washing team
- Ensure proper washing and cleaning quality
- Monitor staff attendance, discipline and productivity
- Ensure vehicles are delivered on time with proper quality
- Handle customer complaints and coordinate for quick resolution
- Maintain daily operational reports
- Ensure proper use and availability of washing material & equipment
Candidate Profile
- Previous experience in supervision / car washing / automobile service preferred
- Good communication and team-handling skills
- Responsible, punctual and disciplined
- Basic knowledge of mobile apps / Excel will be an advantage
- Candidates from Agra preferred
