SAP SUCCESSFACTORS ONBOARDING CONSULTANT 4-8 YEARS (PAN INDIA) Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)

- Should have SAP SuccessFactors certification in Onboarding 2.0
- Minimum 2 full life cycle SuccessFactors implementation experience in SFSF ONB
- Positive understanding of Talent Acquisition process and trends in organization.
- Must be able to work within a matrix organization – balancing the needs of the service line against firm initiatives and goals

Experience of handling Half Yearly release management activities

- Knowledge of People Analytics, Story reports
