- Oversee daily biometric punching, shift logs, and gate passes using the digital CLMS platform.
- Check monthly worker attendance, overtime, and contractor bills against digital logs before clearing payment.
- Maintain all mandatory contract registers, verify monthly PF/ESI filings, and lead legal/statutory audits.
- Handle relationships with 10+ contractors, draft vendor agreements, and ensure valid work licenses.
- Prepare monthly headcount and cost reports (MIS), address worker grievances, and maintain basic workplace welfare facilities
