Job DescriptionJagran New Media (JNM) is the digital wing of Jagran Prakashan Limited (JPL), India's leading media group, with interests in print, OOH, radio, and digital. JPL publishes Dainik Jagran, the world's largest-read Hindi daily, and owns Radio City. JNM creates online content across news, education, lifestyle, entertainment, health, and youth, reaching over 109 million users through its 9 digital platforms.

NRole Snapshot:

NThe incumbent will be responsible for covering the lifestyle, luxury, fashion, brand & lifestyle content.

NWhat You Will Do:

N● Manage and oversee the Society, Culture, and Women Issues section of the website.

N● Research, curate, and edit articles that adhere to Google EEAT guidelines and reflect expertise in

Nrelevant fields.

n● Plan and strategize content development to ensure alignment with editorial goals and audience

Nengagement metrics.

n● Provide editorial guidance and mentorship to the society & culture team, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

N● Troubleshoot team issues and challenges, implementing solutions that optimize workflow

Nand content quality.





n● Collaborate with the editorial team to brainstorm and execute innovative content ideas and

Nformats.

n● Maintain high standards of accuracy, clarity, and consistency in all editorial content.

N● Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in digital content creation and editing.

NWhat We Want:

N- Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Communications, Hindi, or a related field.

N- Proven experience as a Sub Editor or similar role, with a focus on society, culture, and

Nwomen issues.

n- Robust editorial skills, including editing, proofreading, and content optimization.

N- Knowledge of Google EEAT guidelines and their application in content creation.

N- Excellent organizational and leadership abilities to manage a team effectively.
