Role Description The Study Abroad Advisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida. In this position, the advisor provides one-on-one guidance to prospective and current students on international study options, including country selection, programs, universities, and admission requirements.

The role involves supporting students through the full application lifecycle, assisting with documentation, timelines, and scholarship or funding opportunities, as well as offering basic guidance on visa processes in coordination with internal experts. The advisor will conduct counseling sessions, webinars, and information workshops, maintain accurate student records, and follow up regularly to ensure smooth progress.



The role also includes collaborating with tutors and content specialists, staying updated on global education trends and policies, and contributing to continuous improvement of advisory processes and materials.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust Educational Consulting and Consulting skills for guiding students on programs, institutions, and application strategies.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Interpersonal Communication skills to conduct effective counseling sessions and build trust with students and families.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of Visas and related study abroad procedures to provide accurate preliminary guidance and coordinate with specialized resources.
- Candidates should have familiarity with international education systems (e.g., USA, UK, Canada, Australia, Europe) and admission processes.
- Candidates should demonstrate strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple student cases and deadlines.
- Candidates should have proficiency with basic office software and online communication tools for maintaining records and conducting sessions.
- A bachelor’s degree in Education, International Relations, Counseling, or a related field is preferred; relevant experience in study abroad advising or education consulting is an advantage.
- Candidates should be able to work collaboratively in an on-site team setting in Noida and maintain a student-centered, ethical approach to all advising activities.
