: Design Lead / Studio Lead

Role Overview

We are looking for a Design Lead to head the in house design studio at Samco Asset Management Pvt Ltd and own our visual identity across digital and offline platforms. Since we operate in a highly regulated mutual fund industry, all creative output must meet SEBI and AMFI advertising norms. The role combines hands on design, team leadership and creative strategy.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the design team: allocate work, mentor, review quality and monitor performance
- Deliver creatives across social media, emailers, websites, landing pages, digital ads, presentations, brochures, factsheets, standees and outdoor media
- Own end to end campaign branding, including NFO campaigns across digital and print
- Design and improve website and landing page experiences in Figma; support UI/UX for digital investor journeys
- Ensure every creative complies with SEBI advertising guidelines, disclaimers and brand standards




- Build and maintain brand assets and design systems; partner with Tech, Product and Marketing for visual consistency
- Coordinate with external vendors, agencies and print production partners for timely and quality output
- Use AI tools for image generation and design to improve speed and output

Requirements

- 5+ years in graphic or creative design, preferably from the Mutual Fund and BFSI industry
- Proven experience leading and managing a design team
- Robust command of Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Figma
- Working knowledge of video and motion design is an added advantage; basic proficiency in After Effects or Premiere Pro is a plus
- Working knowledge of SEBI/AMFI compliant marketing communication
- Familiarity with AI based design and image generation tools preferred
