Role Description The Student Trainee role is a full-time, on-site position based in Rajahmundry. The trainee will support academic and project-related activities, including assisting in research tasks, data collection, and documentation under faculty or mentor guidance.

Daily responsibilities may include participating in laboratory or fieldwork, preparing reports or presentations, and collaborating with peers on team assignments and institutional initiatives. The role also involves engaging in training sessions, workshops,



and skill-development programs designed to build professional competencies and industry readiness.

Qualifications

- Enrollment in or completion of a relevant undergraduate program (such as engineering, sciences, or related disciplines) from a recognized institution.
- Strong academic foundation, with the ability to understand and apply theoretical concepts to practical projects and research activities.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, including the ability to work in diverse teams and interact professionally with faculty, staff, and peers.
- Basic familiarity with computers and productivity tools (such as word processing, spreadsheets, and presentation software); willingness to learn current digital tools.
- Demonstrated interest in research, project-based learning, or industry-oriented training programs; prior internship or project experience is an advantage.
- Good organizational and time-management skills, with the capacity to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in an academic setting.
